Charge Profile FORM (Word)	CHARGE PROFILE Each year, each congregation/charge is asked to provide a brief document that reflects the current needs, characteristics, and opportunities for mission within the congregation/charge. The charge profile is a collaborative effort of the pastor and the pastor-parish relations committee, who are encouraged to include other congregational leaders in the discussion. The charge profiles are collected by the District Superintendent and duplicated for the conference bishop and all other district superintendents in our conference. These profiles are used as aids in the pastoral appointment process. This year, return your form via email, fax, in person or by mail to the district office. Please complete, sign, and return your charge profile by February 15, 2009. For questions or clarification, please contact the New Bern District office.
